I am a licensed massage therapist specializing in neuromuscular massage therapy techniques, as well as manual lymphatic drainage. Whether what you need is to relax with a Himalayan salt stone massage, detox with MLD, or you are looking for more intensive body work - I can help. Before we can begin to work on the inner person, sometimes it’s necessary to focus on healing the outer. I work in 30, 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions depending on what you need, with a consultation before you get on the table to ensure that when you leave you know your issues have been addressed. I have access to a variety of options to make sure you get the most out of your visit. Each session is tailored specifically to you and your needs.

Every session must be fully customizable without the worry of additional fees - optimal health over hidden fees to get rich as “discount chains” will teach you. Prices do not change regardless of what needs to be done to make a session successful.

Pricing for in home mobile massage starts at $120/hr depending how far I have to drive, if you are coming to me it’s $90/hr.

Swedish Massage

A Swedish massage focuses on circulation, and a softening of connective tissue. It tends to be a lighter, and more relaxing massage. The goal of this type of massage is to bring your system back into a parasympathetic response. No longer a need for your body to stay in flight or fight, but an ending to the stress that comes from everyday life so you can leave in peace.

Neuromuscular Therapy

A neuromuscular massage focuses on correction. Whether it is due to an injury, repetitive motion, or postural, this type of massage is designed to access deeper layers of the musculature to affect change. It does not always mean extremely deep pressure, although that is more common with this type of massage.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage has many benefits, including enhanced relaxation. The heat can help to penetrate the muscles, so those who don’t prefer deeper pressure are still able to get a deeper massage without that intensity. It has been shown to help with fibromyalgia, arthritis and those that suffer from chronic pain.

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage

Himalayan massage uses warmed salt stones to relieve stress and tension. It balances the central nervous system and helps improve sleep. It has 84 essential minerals, and is a natural exfoliator to help the skin feel smooth and help fight the signs of aging. It can boost collagen production and is a decadent retreat from everyday life.

Oncology Massage

I am also certified in oncology massage. Whether you are in the treatment, recovery, or remission stages, I can help to reduce the stress that comes from dealing with your diagnosis in a safe and self-empowering way.

Cupping, Reflexology Gua sha & Aromatherapy

Cupping, reflexology, gua sha and aromatherapy are add-ons that may be included with your massage, as needed. There are times (sometimes due to extremely tight fascia, or due to a client who prefers an alternate route to working ischemic areas on the body) where cupping or guasha is simply a more effective way to work with the client to get optimal healing. There are times where reflexology is the best way to help soothe aching hands or feet. And there are times where the right aromatherapy blend can totally change the atmosphere to help someone completely relax for a session. Whatever the case may be, you can rest assure it will be what works best for you!
